If you bought a ticket for last night’s Powerball drawing, you didn’t win. But no one else did either.
Both Powerball and the Mega Millions multi-state lottery games have gone without someone hitting the jackpot for a while, so their combined jackpots for the next drawings are now up to $922 million. After no one matched all five white balls and the power ball in the main drawing last night, the jackpot will grow to $450 million.
Tonight is the drawing for the Mega Millions jackpot, and that is also at high levels. The $432 million jackpot will be the 12th highest in the history of the game if it is hit tonight. The Mega Millions jackpot has only been won four times this year.
