Drivers in Center Township will be seeing some detours and disruptions in traffic as some road work projects get underway this week.
According to Township Supervisors Chairman Dave Smyers, Long Road to the west of Homer City will be closed today as deck repairs will get underway for a bridge that goes over Muddy Run.
More traffic disruptions are expected tomorrow in Aultman Borough as four paving projects get underway. Paving will start in the areas of Entry Road, Old Church Road, Old School Street and 7th Street. The paving project will start tomorrow, but equipment will be coming in today.
Expect traffic to be routed around the construction zones, but Smyers says that traffic will continue to be able to go in and out of Aultman.
