Those interested in starting their own business are now able to apply for a weekly virtual business startup boot camp.
According to the Indiana County Center for Economic Operations, the program is being offered to local entrepreneurs in Cambria, Clearfield, Indiana and Jefferson Counties through the Ben Franklin TechCelerator at Indiana.
The boot camp will run Tuesdays from June 8th to August 17th, and the program offers a weekly three-hour group session with content experts, and a one-hour session with a mentor to discuss individual needs and development opportunities. Participants will also get the chance to develop a pitch presentation for a contest with a $10,000 first prize. That contest will be held on August 18th. There is also the opportunity to win a $1000 “people’s choice” prize as a virtual audience watching the pitches will get the chance to vote on their favorite.
The deadline to apply is May 27th. You can apply by clicking the link below.
