InFirst Bank recently received two awards from the Mid-Atlantic Banking Choice Awards for 2020.
The Banking Choice Awards are presented annually by American Business Media and Rivel Banking Benchmarks. The awards are based on the results of Rivel Banking Benchmarks’ independent surveys of any financial institution owned by Rivel. The people interviewed are asked to rank up to 53 different metrics about each institution they use for banking services. Some of those metrics include overall quality, customer service, tools and technology.
The Indiana-based bank was given awards for overall quality and for community contribution. Connie Biss, the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking for InFirst, said that the community contribution is a point of pride for them.
To track the customer experience, more than 17,000 interviews were conducted across the state, and more than 450,000 reviews were taken for 463 banking institutions in the New Jersey-Pennsylvania Region.
