State police say two men are facing burglary charges after a criminal trespass incident November 8th in East Wheatfield Township.
Police were dispatched to a home along Route 403 and were able to apprehend the suspects, who were placed in the Indiana County Jail. The police report does not name the two men, but court records identify 37-year-old Brian Patrick Neuner of Seward and 40-year-old Christopher M. Neuner of Levittown, Bucks County.
The victims are an 86-year-old man, a 56-year-old woman, a 52-year-old man, and a 37-year-old man. The only details offered by police are that a pickup truck was vandalized.
Both of the Neuners are charged with two counts of felony criminal trespass, a single count of felony burglary, and two counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief. They have waived the charges to Common Pleas Court.
