The Pitt Panthers will play today, hosting the Virginia Tech Hokies at Heinz Field. However, Pitt is making a clarification on an announcement made yesterday. The Pitt Athletic Department initially announced on Friday that all players would wear face coverings during the game. That was later clarified that the players would be allowed to lower their masks during active play to prevent breathing impairments.
