PSP-INDIANA
A Black Lick woman was arrested and charged with drug possession Monday afternoon. State police say that they came across 30-year-old Tiffany Blattenberger at a location on Main Street in Black Lick and was found under the influence of a controlled substance. Police also found on her person suspected burnt and raw marijuana. She was taken to IRMC where she consented to a blood draw, and was subsequently lodged in Indiana County Jail to await arraignment.
State police have arrested a Clymer man for drug possession charges after an incident in the Regency Mall parking lot in White Township. Police say that they came across 28-year-old Frank Moose of Clymer on September 3rd as he sat in a car in the parking lot near Ollie’s. Moose was wanted on outstanding warrants in Indiana County and Indiana Borough. When police asked Moose to step out, he did get out but then started to run away. A brief foot pursuit ensued until police caught up with him and took him into custody. Police have charged him with possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia along with resisting arrest. He was placed in Indiana County Jail. Moose has three active cases in the court system, including a case that goes back to June 13th of this year where he was charged with theft from a motor vehicle, possession of a counterfeit access device, and two counts of illegal access device possession.
