Indiana’s Dylan Stapleton was waived/injured by the Houston Texans with a multi-week injury settlement due to a fractured shoulder. He’s expected to take five to seven weeks to recover. He injured the shoulder diving for a pass at the Texans’ training camp.
Coach/GM Bill O’Brien praised Stapleton for having a good training camp, saying he is a smart player who takes coaching very well, can catch the ball, and is a “willing blocker.”
