First Commonwealth Bank has once again received high honors from Forbes Magazine, as they have been named as one of America’s Best Banks and one of the best banks in Pennsylvania
Forbes teamed up with analytics firm Statista to produce their second annual ranking of best banks in each state to gauge whose customers gave their banks the highest grades. Close to 25,000 bank customers were surveyed for their opinions on current and former bank relationships, scored on overall recommendation and satisfaction, along with the subcategories of trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services and financial advice.
For Pennsylvania, First Commonwealth Bank was named the number two bank in the state.
First Commonwealth Financial Corporation CEO Mike Price said in a statement that the awards from the magazine “are a great indication of our efforts, not just on an international level, but more importantly, within the communities we call home.”
First Commonwealth has 147 branch offices in 28 counties in Western and Central Pennsylvania and in Ohio. The company’s corporate headquarters is in Indiana.
