In Indiana County Court today, there is just one official item on the agenda. That’s a non-jury trial for 23-year-old Zachary Winski of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County.
Winski is charged with simple assault, harassment, and criminal mischief for an incident in March of last year in Indiana Borough. Judge Mike Clark will conduct the trial at 9 o’clock this morning.
