GREEN TOWNSHIP
State police have not yet released details on a fatal two-vehicle crash yesterday afternoon on Route 286 at Musser Street in Green Township.
It happened at around 4:45 PM. Commodore firefighters report it was a t-bone collision. A passenger in one of the vehicle was killed.

SOUTH MAHONING TOWNSHIP
State police have released the identity of a woman who was injured last Wednesday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash on Redding Run Road in South Mahoning Townhip.
Police say 23-year-old Adrienne McEntire of Home lost control of her Jeep, swerving off the road, and she over-corrected to get back on and struck an embankment. The vehicle then traveled up the embankment and overturned twice.
McEntire was airlifted to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh with serious injuries.
SALTSBURG BOROUGH
No one was injured in a two-vehicle collision Saturday afternoon on Washington Street in Saltsburg. Police say vehicles operated by 64-year-old Raymond Spisak and 25-year-old Savannah Sackett were involved. No other details were released.
SOUTH MAHONING TOWNSHIP
A 17-year-old Shelocta boy suffered minor injuries in a crash July 15th on Route 954 in South Mahoning Township. Police say the youth, who is not publicly identified, was driving to work at 5:46 AM when he fell asleep at the wheel, hit a wire fence and two trees alongside the road. The driver complained of ankle pain and was taken to IRMC by his mother.
GREEN TOWNSHIP
A driver fled the scene last Thursday evening after his vehicle hit Betty Lou’s gas station along Route 286 at Lighthouse Road in Green Township. State police say the unknown male driver was on his phone when the Jeep Cherokee drifted into the front door of the building, causing minor damage.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police say citations and court action are pending against a Creekside woman involved in a single-vehicle crash at 4:25 AM on July 11th in White Township. Police say Justine Cable was attempting to turn left from Indian Springs Road onto South 6th Street when her vehicle crossed the road and struck a metal pole. She suffered minor injuries, but did not require medical treatment.
