Several preliminary hearings are scheduled today for Indiana County’s Courts, including one for a Pittsburgh man charged in connection with an incident at a White Township restaurant.
Court documents say that a preliminary hearing is scheduled today for Roger Bianco, Sr. of Pittsburgh, who is charged with misdemeanor simple assault, along with summary harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct-engaging in fighting for the incident at Hoss’s in Indiana. State police said on February 20th the 59-year-old Bianco tackled and repeatedly punched a 23-year-old Natrona Heights man, who was not identified. A hand sanitizer was also destroyed in the melee. His hearing will be before District Judge Susanne Steffee at 10:15 this morning.
Also due for a preliminary hearing is an Indiana woman who will have four hearings today for a series of thefts from the White Township Walmart. State police say that 35-year-old Amanda Mae Nicely of Indiana had stolen items ranging from board games to grocery items between February 15th and March 11th. She will face Judge Steffee today at 10:30.
