WHITE TOWNSHIP
One involved crystal methamphetamine and raw heroin found during a traffic stop last Tuesday night in White Township. Police pulled over a vehicle in the 100 block of Old Route 119 and found the drugs, which they say belonged to 35-year-old Darrel Henline of Commodore.
Police conducting a followup interview of an Ernest man yesterday afternoon seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The suspect is 49-year-old Ronnie Oswalt.
EAST WHEATFIELD TOWNSHIP
A traffic stop on June 17th in East Wheatfield Township resulted in the discovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on a Johnstown man. State police say 31-year-old Charles Corrie was pulled over at the intersection of Routes 56 and 711.
BURGLARY
Police are investigating a burglary at a home along Hillside Drive in Cherryhill Township. A 22-year-old woman reported that when she returned from staying for a couple of days at her boyfriend’s, she found her front door was open and someone had stolen a TV from her son’s room.
The woman told police that she’d been having trouble with the lock on her front door so she wasn’t certain that the door had been locked when she’d left. Police canvassed the neighborhood but found nothing. The missing TV is a 32-inch Hisense valued at $100. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 357-1960.
CENTER TOWNSHIP
A Lucernemines man was placed in the Indiana County Jail Saturday night after a domestic altercation at a home along 11th Street. State police say 26-year-old Victor Preston is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, and harassment. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 14th.
