PennDOT says a weight restriction has been placed on the bridge carrying Clarksburg Road over Blackleggs Creek in Conemaugh Township. Because of deterioration in the main load-carrying beams of the bridge, it’s been posted for 28 tons, except for 36-ton combination vehicles.
The agency does not say whether there are plans to fix or replace the bridge.
