Indiana Borough Police have filed charges against an Indiana man in connection with the drive-by shooting at a home on North 3rd Street in Indiana Borough, and a warrant is now out for his arrest.
Police have charged 20-year-old Thomas Edward Lindsay with two counts of aggravated assault, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, recklessly endangering another person, and carrying a firearm without a license. Those charges were filed with District Judge Guy Haberl’s office. In a news release, police say that Lindsay and a male victim had a verbal argument over a prior incident, and the victim was threatened. Later, while the victim was outside, a vehicle that had Lindsay as an occupant passed by the house and Lindsay fired three shots from the vehicle at the victim. The victim was not hurt, but the house at 10 North 3rd Street was damaged.
Police are looking for Lindsay and the driver involved in the shooting. Anyone with information on Lindsay’s whereabouts can call the Indiana Borough Police at 724-349-2121 and ask for Detective Leroy Anderson.
