Today’s Indiana County Court schedule includes several Plea Court appearances and one sentencing hearing.
55-year-old Gary Eugene Berkheimer of Gypsy will be sentenced for a guilty plea to felony criminal trespass in a burglary case from November of 2018.
President Judge William Martin held a Plea Court proceeding for 18-year-old Islam Jordan Foust of Beaver Falls, who pleaded guilty to defiant trespass, possession of both a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief/damaging of property. He was sentenced to probation for all of those offenses.
Also in Plea Court:
- 32-year-old Nikolas David Dies of Indiana will plead to charges of simple assault and harassment.
- 19-year-old Morgan Rae Troup of Northern Cambria will plead to charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct (fighting), and harassment.
- 30-year-old Auriahna Claudette Price of Indiana will plead to charges of criminal trespass (breaking into structure), disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and public drunkenness.
- 27-year-old Carl Dewayne McIntire of Blairsville will plead to a single charge of failure to register with police, as required.
