PennDOT says people hoping to get a Pennsylvania driver’s license can begin scheduling appointments for their exams online.
There will be special measures in place for the skills test. The examiner will stay outside the vehicle during the test, and the person accompanying the applicant will be inside. Drivers in green counties will not have a health pre-screening. Face masks must be worn during testing. Examiners will wear PPE equipment and will use iPads that are regularly disinfected.
