The Indiana County Court schedule today includes three criminal cases involving an Indiana woman.
48-year-old Tonia Sue Yeager will have a Plea Court appearance on a single charge of possession of drug paraphernalia from January of this year. She will also be sentenced for prior guilty pleas to retail theft and offensive weapons, both from incidents in May of last year. Here cases will be before President Judge William Martin.
Also today, 20-year-old Kamora Chatman of Philadelphia will have Plea Court to answer charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, offensive weapon, and purchasing alcohol by a minor. A charge of possession with intent to deliver was dismissed at District Court.
And Judge Martin will sentence 28-year-old Derek Lehman of Waynesboro, Franklin County, for a guilty plea to retail theft.
