Two people were life-flighted and a third was taken to IRMC by ambulance after a crash involving a utility task vehicle in Cherryhill Township.
Cherryhill Township Firefighters, State Police and Citizen’s Ambulance were called out at 5:13 PM on Monday to the area of Allen Bridge Road near Chestnut Ridge Road. Cherryhill Fire Chief Jody Rainey said that the UTV had rolled over twice, and three people were inside the vehicle at the time. Citizen’s Ambulance treated the injured at the scene, and a landing zone was set up on Chestnut Ridge Road. Because of the road being narrow at that point, a second landing zone had to be set up on Airport Road by Clymer Fire Department.
No word yet on how the crash happened. State Police have not released any details or the identities of those involved.
