At last night’s Center Township Supervisors meeting, it was announced that road work for the upcoming construction season will start soon.
Supervisor Jim Gatske said that the three big projects for this year include Long Road, Six Flats Road and Neal Road. Work on the roads will include drainage upgrade and they will also put bids out for chipping those roads as well over the summer months.
The supervisors also hired a new auditor. Jim Cutshaw was hired to take over for Frank Galasso, who resigned earlier this year.
