About 20 vehicles took part in the rolling rally, decorated with balloons and signs asking for state government to open businesses that were closed in mid-March due to Governor Wolf’s shutdown orders. Store owners and local and state government officials were out along Philadelphia Street as the rally went West on Philadelphia Street. The rally also made stops in the Big Lots, Lowe’s and Walmart complexes as part of their event.
