More than one hundred criminal cases are scheduled for formal arraignment in Indiana County Court today, most of which have already been handled.
The schedule also includes three sentencing proceedings, two of them involving the same defendant. 26-year-old Johnna Nicole Depp of Hamilton, Jefferson County, pleaded guilty last month to DUI controlled substance and driving while suspended. She had been admitted to the county’s ARD program in a previous case of theft by deception. Her ARD will be terminated and she will now be sentenced for that offense after pleading guilty last month.
Also today, 24-year-old Ashley Nicole Ribet of Blairsville will be sentenced for two misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking offenses, committed in October of last year.
