The Greensburg Catholic Diocese is offering up two online programs, one for parents and one for families, to talk about the Coronavirus pandemic.
The first webinar, which will be on Friday, April 24th at noon, will feature Dr. Paul Niemiec, the director of counseling at the Catholic Charities of the Diocese. His program, intended for parents only, will focus on talking about the Coronavirus pandemic with your children, and will provide some discussion resources to help children understand what’s going on and how to express their worry.
The second event is scheduled for Monday, April 27th at 6:30 PM and is intended for children and family members. Monsignor Raymond Riffle, the Managing Director of Catholic Charities, will host the event, which is intended to present a reassuring message about faith during crisis.
More information on these events can be found on the Diocese’s Facebook page. Registration for the parents only event can be found at the Diocese’s website, www.dioceseofgreensburg.org, while the registration for the family event can be done through an event page as part of the Diocese’s Facebook Page.
