State police say three people are facing charges after an altercation that took place April 7th at a location along Greenville Road in Center Township.
Police say Corey Pandullo, Chelsea Hendricks, and Brittnie Harris, who are all 29 years old and from Homer City, were involved in a physical confrontation that resulted in the theft of a cell phone and the destruction of other items. All three are listed as both victims and suspects, and two of them were injured.
Pandullo, who also has two other active cases in the court system, is charged with simple assault, theft, harassment, and criminal mischief. He has a simple assault case and a retail theft case pending in the courts, both from January.
Hendricks is charged with simple assault, harassment, and criminal mischief.
Police say Harris was charged but her case does not yet appear in the court system.
