The CDC is reporting, as of noon today, that the number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Indiana County raised by 14 in one day from 26 to 40, with no deaths associated with the virus in the county.
Armstrong County’s total of confirmed cases went up to 26, with one death, while Jefferson County remained at one confirmed case. Cambria County reports 13 confirmed cases and one death, and Westmoreland County confirmed cases jumped to 218 and deaths increased to six.
The number of confirmed cases in Pennsylvania surpassed 20,000 and stands at 21,655, with 494 deaths. The 26 to 49 year old age group has the most positive cases with 41 percent of the 21,655 confirmed cases.
