There are still some power outages in Indiana County from the storms that rolled through late Tuesday night.
Penelec reports that as of 8:00 this morning, 52 of their customers in Saltsburg Borough and less than five of their customers in Conemaugh Township remain without power. Penelec says the outage was related to yesterday’s storms, and while 95 percent of those in the area had power restored, the damage was extensive and extra crews were called in from Clearfield, Altoona, Dubois and Phillipsburg to restore power.
Power should be restored by 11:30 tonight.
