WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police report an identity theft case involving PNC Bank branch. The victim reported the incident on Tuesday in White Township. Someone accessed his credit card information and stole $650. The bank reimbursed the victim and advised him to report it to police.
CENTER TOWNSHIP
No details are provided on a theft from a Homer City man. Police say only that it happened March 30th at a location along 3rd Avenue in Center Township, the victim is 48 years old, there was no force involved, and the value of the stolen property is $2,300.
MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP
State police have charged 47-year-old Richard Thacker of Marion Center with violating a protection from abuse order on Tuesday morning. Thacker is accused of following a 40-year-old Indiana woman to her work site along Mountain View Lane in Montgomery Township and engaging her in an altercation in the parking lot.
