Even during the Covid-19 outbreak, first responders are out continuing to serve the community when emergencies pop up.
Indiana County 911 reported that Indiana Fire Association Company Four was called out at 6:54 PM for an automatic fire alarm activation on White Oak Drive near Lucernemines.
Coal Run and Iselin Fire Departments were called out at 7:50 PM for a brush fire on Elders Ridge Road in Young Township. This marks the 29th brush fire this year in Indiana County so far.
A vehicle fire was reported on Route 580 in Grant Township at 11:11 PM. Commodore Fire Department reports that there was no danger of the fire spreading from the car any buildings. No word on the cause of that fire.
