New charges have been filed against a Bradenville couple for providing alcohol and marijuana to children at a birthday party at their home along Route 982 in Derry Township.
State police had said last weekend that at a birthday party in December, 35-year-old Janelle Bias and 44-year-old Bryan Green gave the alcohol to the children and showing them how to smoke marijuana out of a pipe. Several of the children either passed out or vomited.
Police also said at the time that Bias and Green had done the same thing at a birthday party for another of their children in September. The new charges are for the September party.
The victims at the December party ranged in age from twelve to eighteen, with most of them from Bradenville. One was from Indiana. The children at the September party ranged in age from twelve to fifteen, most of them from Bradenville. Two of them were from Blairsville.
