Indiana Borough Police have announced that a suspect is in custody in connection with the theft at Spaghetti Benders over the weekend.
Police reported the theft happened in the overnight hours of March 27th, someone broke into the restaurant and stole some money out of the cash register at the bar. Police say on Monday, they took 44-year-old Jude Alan Yackuboskey of Indiana into custody without incident. He was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass, and receiving stolen property.
Yackuboskey was arraigned and placed in Indiana County Jail as he was unable to post $25,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for April 22nd. That’s the same day as a preliminary hearing for a case in January of this year for a case of criminal mischief-damaging property.
