BUFFINGTON TOWNSHIP
State police have concluded that the death of a Homer City woman whose body was discovered in her Buffington Township home is not suspicious, and have classified it as accidental.
The 43-year-old victim was found in a bedroom of her home along Route 403. Police do not detail the circumstances of her death, nor have they released her name. Indiana County Coroner Jerry Overman Jr. did not release a report.
CHERRYHILL TOWNSHIP
Police say they know the identity of a man who broke into a home and assaulted a woman last Sunday night along Two Lick Hill Road in Cherryhill Township. The 47-year-old man is from Marion Center. The victim is a 40-year-old Clymer woman. Neither of them has been publicly identified.
