The Blairsville-Saltsburg School Board will hold their monthly regular meeting tonight, but they will hold it over video chat.
Due to coronavirus concerns, the district will use Zoom Video Chat to hold a virtual school board meeting tonight. The district will post a link to the video chat on its website later today at www.b-ssd.org. Community members can follow that link to view the meeting online. If a community member wants to make a public comment, they need to submit the comment or question to the board secretary, Alice Santoro. Her email address is santoroalice@b-ssd.org. The comments have to be submitted by noon today.
The agenda is on the website and up for review today, and some of the topics that will come up for discussion include the district calendar for next year, the approval of a resolution calling for charter school funding reform and other items. As stated earlier this month, the meeting will not have any topics connected with district reconfiguration.
