State police are investigating a series of four incidents of retail theft at the Walmart in White Township.
Police say the string of shoplifting reports started on February 15th when a 33-year-old Indiana man and a 35-year-old Indiana woman went to the Walmart and under-rung two board games at the self-checkout registers worth about $35. The woman went back later in the day and under-rung a package of cookies, a jar of marshmallow topping and some bubble gum worth $4. On February 20th, the woman returned and under rung a package of General Tso’s chicken worth about $6. In the fourth incident, which happened March 11th, both the man and woman returned and under rung several perishable items that totaled $25.
The names of the two suspects have not been released.
