State police report the theft of a gun from a home in Canoe Township, in northern Indiana County.
A black Ruger 9-millimeter handgun was stolen sometime in the last four months from the home of a 60-year-old woman who lives at First Street and Sunset Street in Rossiter. The gun is valued at $400.
State police from the Punxsutawney barracks are investigating.
