The White Township Supervisors Wednesday afternoon approved phase three of the Chevy Chase Stormwater System Project.
Stiffler McGraw was awarded the engineering services contract as they had the low bid of $25,100, and there is a potential for another $2000 to be paid out if a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit is needed. White Township Manager Milt Lady said that this would affect the upper part of the hill in Chevy Chase.
Work will start on the project in the late fall.
In other business, the board approved a design services contract with Harley Architects for the White Township Rec Center DCNR application. This concerns a project to redo the playground at the rec center.
