State police continue to release accident reports from last Friday’s snowstorm.
The latest reports include a crash on Route 217 in Derry Township at 8:41 that morning. 42-year-old Mark Duchesneau of Indiana escaped injury when his pickup went out of control on the snow-covered road and rolled over.
64-year-old Paul Korchok of Saltsburg was uninjured Friday morning when his SUV slid off snow-covered Route 819 in Salem Township, Westmoreland County, hitting some trees.
Another accident report involved a DUI crash in North Mahoning Township early Saturday morning. It happened at the intersection of Smith Road and Coolspring Road. A 22-year-old man from Madera, Clearfield County, was trapped in his vehicle, which caught fire. Police do not say if he was injured and nor do they identify him. He was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
