In Indiana County Court today, there are a number of Plea Court appearances scheduled, and for many of them, the defendants are involved in multiple cases.
38-year-old Allan Michael Kimmel of Indiana will enter pleas in three cases. In one, he is charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of lost property, and public drunkenness. In a second case, he is charged with possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia. And in the third case, he will plead to theft and receiving stolen property.
26-year-old Cory Murdock of Indiana is also charged in three cases. In all, he will plead to two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and single counts of public drunkenness and theft by deception.
30-year-old Andrew Elliott of Homer City, one of the fourteen suspects rounded up in the state police “Operation One Pot” methamphetamine drug sweep last May, will plead to felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, operating a meth lab, and improper storage or disposal of chemical waste, plus two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
28-year-old Matthew Boxler of Saltsburg will plead to charges of theft, receiving stolen property, and false identification to a law enforcement officer.
40-year-old Jamie Lee Barnhart of Armagh will plead to retail theft and conspiracy to theft by deception.
39-year-old Jason McHenry of Apollo will plead to theft of services.
25-year-old Marquice Mann of Indiana will plead to felony criminal trespass.
Judge Thomas Bianco will preside over today’s Plea Court.
