State police say drug charges are pending against a McIntyre man who was found passed out in his parked vehicle on Main Street in Burrell Township on Sunday night.
Police got a call shortly before nine o’clock alerting them to the situation. They say the 35-year-old man had overdosed on drugs and they found a bunch of drugs…suspected methamphetamine, suspected heroin, unidentified pills, two suboxone strips, and various items of drug paraphernalia.
The man was taken to the Indiana Regional Medical Center for treatment, and police say he will be prosecuted.
