Monday night the finalists for the Heritage Conference boys’ basketball championship were settled, as Ligonier Valley defeated Penns Manor and Homer-Center beat West Shamokin in semifinal games heard on Cat Country 106.3 FM and U92.5 FM, respectively.
Tonight those same Hometown Radio Stations will feature the girls’ semifinal games.
No. 2 South Homer-Center travels to No. 1 North Penns Manor on U92.5 FM with Todd Marino and Ward Hilliard. On Cat Country 106.3 FM with Chuck Clark, No. 2 North West Shamokin visits No. 1 South United.
Tip-offs for the semifinals are slated for 7 p.m. with the pregames to begin at 6:30 p.m. Airtimes are subject to change. Click the links to listen to the games streaming on the TribLIVE High School Sports Network.
The winners will meet Friday at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. The girls’ championship will be played at 6 p.m., followed by the boys’ game at 8 p.m. Both games will be on U92.5 FM, starting with a 5:30 p.m. pregame. The Road to the KCAC is brought to you by S&T Bank.
