Cherry Tree Police have accused a Cherry Tree man of taking photos of a teenage girl while she was showering at his residence.
Police say that a charge of unlawful contact with a minor-obscene and other sexual materials and performances was filed against 44-year-old Matthew William Deyarmin for incidents in October of 2018. At that time, police say that he allegedly photographed a 15-year-old girl with his cell phone while she was taking a shower in his home and while she was under his care. In a separate incident, Deyarmin allegedly offered another 15-year-old girl in his care money to bare her breasts for him.
Deyarmin is now in Indiana County Jail as he was unable to post $100,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is set for February 10th.
