Both IUP basketball teams are now ranked No. 5 in the nation in the latest Division II polls.
The women, 18-1, go for a record 17th straight win when they play host to Seton Hill at the KCAC at 5:30 p.m. today. Seton Hill is 12-6.
The IUP men, 17-1, attempt to get win number nine in a row in game two tonight. The Griffins have won just three games.
Several former high school players will see action for Seton Hill.
On the women’s side, Rena Enterline of Blairsville and Maddy Moore of Apollo Ridge will play, while former Ligonier Valley standout Marek Paola will see action for the Griffins men’s team.
