The average cost of a gallon of gas in Pennsylvania is still going down, and gas prices are also going down in Indiana County.
The average cost of a gallon of gas across Pennsylvania is now at $2.72, which is a six-cent decrease from last week at this time. Prices are still higher from where they were last year at this time, when prices were at $2.42 a gallon on average across the state.
Indiana County’s average is currently at $2.76 a gallon. Among the surrounding counties, Westmoreland has the lowest average at $2.70 a gallon, Clearfield County has an average of $2.77 a gallon, Jefferson has an average of $2.79, Cambria’s average is $2.81, and Armstrong County has the highest average at $2.84 a gallon.
