State police are seeking information on the theft of a car Wednesday night or early Thursday morning in Homer City.
Police say a thief took a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta sedan owned by 41-year-old James Smith as the vehicle sat parked at Smith’s home along Greenville Road. It happened between 11 PM Wednesday and 8:30 the following morning.
The car is white, has Penguins and Steelers license plate frames on the front and back, and bears Pennsylvania license plate number GTR 3503.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 357-1960.
