In Indiana County Court today, Judge Mike Clark will conduct a non-jury trial for an SCI Pine Grove inmate who is charged with aggravated harassment by a prisoner.
20-year-old Semaj Tyrel Lester is accused of throwing a food tray and a container of urine at a prison guard on February 20th of last year.
Lester is from South Mountain, in Franklin County. He is serving sentences of 12 to 24 months for aggravated assault in his home county and up to 12 months for aggravated assault in Perry County.
Before today’s trial, Judge Clark will conduct a motions hearing filed on Lester’s behalf.
