State police say no charges will be filed after a domestic incident on Friday afternoon in Rayne Township.
Police were summoned to a home near the intersection of Routes 119 and 85 in Home, reportedly involving a firearm. Troopers established a perimeter and secured the home and shortly afterward, the suspect emerged from the home and was detained, but subsequent interviews with the victim and witnesses revealed conflicting accounts of the disturbance. The suspect was then released.
