The Indiana School Board met last night and got a state of the district report from Superintendent Michael Vuckovich.
Vuckovich said that while the district was in good shape, he still felt that the district could still improve.
Board President Walter Schroth said that next month, the board will pass a motion that would support Vuckovich’s goals and ideas from the report. Schroth talked about the importance of that motion.
In other business, the board approved accepting a grant from US Lacrosse for the purchase of lacrosse equipment for both Horace Mann and Eisenhower elementary schools, and the board approved a resolution authorizing the district to take part in the Allegheny Intermediate Unit joint purchasing program.
