State police are looking for assistance in several thefts from the Walmart in White Township.
The first case being investigated is a string of thefts from December 7th to the 16th, all involving the same suspect.
On December 7th, the suspect stole an IUP hoodie and hat. On the 9th, the suspect returned and took a brown hoodie and a bottle of body wash, and on the 16th, the suspect stole a Christmas sweater and Christmas-themed leggings. This person allegedly stole $95.30 in merchandise. Images from the state police show the suspect is black, usually wearing a hoodie, a hat and glasses.
Another incident happened on Christmas Eve, and this time, two suspects took $426.91 in items. Police say that the two went in the store at 7:25 AM and loaded their carts.
They paid for about $361 in merchandise, but did not pay for another $426 in merchandise at a self-checkout register. The two left Walmart around 9:21 AM pushing their own shopping carts, and left the scene in a Nissan Rogue.
