State police say a 25-year-old Homer City man is facing drug charges after they served a warrant obtained by Homer City Borough Police against him. The warrant was served last night at a home on East Wiley Street and police say once they had taken Benjamin Polando into custody, they found crystal methamphetamine on him.
A Cherry Tree woman is facing charges after police say she was caught in the act of shoplifting from the White Township Walmart store. Walmart store personnel told police that 36-year-old Bridget Boychuck tried to conceal $66.70 worth of merchandise Friday afternoon. She was taken to the police barracks, photographed, and released.
