In Indiana County Court today, a motions hearing is scheduled for 55-year-old Gary Eugene Berkheimer of Gypsy, who is facing trial in a burglary case from November of last year.
Berkheimer is charged with felony burglary and criminal trespass, and five misdemeanor counts each for theft and receiving stolen property. His attorney filed omnibus pretrial motions in October and amended it on December 2nd. Indiana County Assistant District Attorney Gina Ryen Force filed a brief in opposition to those motions last Friday.
The hearing will be conducted this morning by Judge Thomas Bianco. No trial date has been set.
