State police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a theft suspect who’s accused of stealing $386 worth of items from the White Township Walmart store last Sunday afternoon.
The suspect is a white male of medium build, possibly in his thirties. He was wearing a light-colored ball cap, an orange hoodie, and blue jeans, and was driving an orange-colored Chevrolet Cavalier or Cobalt.
The theft happened at about 12:50 PM on Sunday. Police say the man paid for some merchandise at the self-checkout, but failed to pay for a Barnett Whitetail Hunter STR Crossbow, valued at $322; and a Spire Compact crossbow case valued at $64.
Anyone with information on the case is asked to call state police at 357-1960 and ask for Trooper Antonio Moffa.
